Is Lua free to use?

Lua offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After that, you can choose a monthly ($5.99), yearly ($29.99), or lifetime ($49.99) plan.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't have user accounts or a central database. Your photos, routines, and skin data never leave your phone unless you choose to share them.

How does the AI skin analysis work?

When you take a skin scan, the photo is sent to our AI provider for analysis and then immediately discarded. The AI evaluates hydration, texture, firmness, dark spots, and overall skin health to give you a score and insights.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is Lua a medical app?

No. Lua is a wellness and skincare tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a dermatologist for skin health concerns.

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app removes everything. You can also clear your data from within the app's settings.
