Use of the App

Lua is a skincare routine tracker with AI-powered skin analysis. The App is intended for informational and personal wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional for skin health concerns.

Subscriptions

• Lua offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support.

Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple ID settings.

AI Analysis

Skin analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are approximate. Scores and recommendations may vary and should not be treated as clinical assessments. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.

Your Content

Photos and data you create in the App remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. Photos sent for AI analysis are processed and discarded; they are not stored on our servers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any reliance on AI-generated skin analysis or recommendations.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
